Aiden participates in the Santa Clarita Valley Young Marines. This personal site is not an official site of that unit, the national Young Marines organization, the United States Marine Corps or the U.S. Department of Defense. Posts describe Aiden's personal experiences and family-run fundraising communications, not official policy, command approval or military affiliation. Uniforms, insignia and organizational images are subject to their owners' and organizations' applicable rules and permissions. References to unit activities or benefits should be interpreted as planned fundraiser uses, subject to unit authorization and rules.
5. Minor safety and parent-managed contact
Aiden is 11 years old at the time of this notice. Do not request his address, school, schedule, phone number, account credentials or other private information. Public visitor comments, public chat rooms, personal messages to Aiden and visitor account registration are not provided by this static site. Contact only the adult parent or guardian through the fundraiser's parent-managed Facebook Messenger conversation. Harassment, impersonation, exploitation, fraud or attempts to obtain a minor's sensitive information are prohibited and may be reported.
6. What the popcorn page does and does not do
Products and prices shown on the popcorn page reflect the fundraising catalog supplied to the family. The page lets visitors select quantities, calculate an estimated subtotal, and copy a proposed preorder message. Selecting items does not reserve inventory, submit an order, open a payment account or create a binding transaction. Visitors must paste the itemized message into a Messenger conversation with Aiden's parent or with the adult who shared the fundraiser. A link to Messenger may open the service without automatically selecting a recipient or sending any message. Acceptance, final price, availability, delivery area and payment method must be confirmed directly by the parent.
7. Payment arrangements and order confirmation
No payments are collected or initiated through this website. Payment instructions will be communicated privately by the adult administrator only after the order has been discussed and confirmed. The fundraiser currently requires payment in full before an accepted preorder is submitted for fulfillment. Customers should verify the identity of the intended recipient, the items, subtotal and agreed payment method before transferring money. Third-party payment services operate under their own terms and privacy rules. The administrator will independently verify receipt as applicable. Payment alone, without a confirmed itemized order, does not complete the ordering process.
8. Delivery and availability
Popcorn is expected to be available for local delivery beginning December 12, 2026. This is an anticipated start date, not a guarantee of delivery on that exact day. Free local delivery applies only within an area confirmed by the parent. Delivery details, timing and eligibility are arranged privately. Inventory shortages, fulfillment delays, weather and other circumstances may affect delivery. If a paid order cannot be fulfilled, the administrator will arrange a refund or other legally required remedy and will communicate material issues to affected purchasers.
9. Cancellations, refunds, and food safety
Before paying, customers should confirm any applicable cancellation deadlines and refund conditions with the parent. Cancellation requests should be made promptly via Messenger. Food-product returns may be restricted when lawful for safety reasons, but nothing here limits legally required refunds or remedies for non-delivery, defective items, materially incorrect products or other nonwaivable consumer rights. Product formulations, ingredients, allergens, nutritional information and handling instructions are determined by the manufacturer. Review the actual manufacturer's packaging before consumption, especially for allergies or dietary restrictions. The family does not independently manufacture or certify the products.
10. Fundraising and tax information
The described popcorn fundraiser supports qualifying activities of Aiden's Young Marines unit, subject to the unit's rules and approvals. Purchasing popcorn is an exchange for goods and should not be presumed to be a tax-deductible charitable donation. No tax advice or charitable receipt is offered by this site. Any question about the fundraiser's authorization or accounting should be resolved with the adult administrator and, when appropriate, the unit.
11. Privacy notice and technical operation
The static KidGucci pages do not contain visitor registration, advertising tags, analytics code, embedded payment widgets, a contact form, or a database that stores order selections. The cart exists temporarily in the visitor's browser while the page is open; copying an order uses the browser clipboard. The site does not automatically send order details to the administrator.
